Art Suites Hotel Rules
Starting a stay at the Art Suites Hotel is tantamount to accepting the provisions of these regulations by the Guest.
- Rooms in the facility are rented for days.
- The hotel day starts at 15:00 on the day of arrival and lasts until 11:00 on the day of departure.
- A person authorized to stay at the Art Suites Hotel (hereinafter referred to as the "Guest") may use the room after completing the formalities related to accommodation at the reception and paying for the stay at the time of check-in. At check-in, the Guest should show the receptionist a photo ID confirming their identity. In case of refusal, the receptionist has the right to refuse to check in the Guest. The guest personally signs the registration card.
- The wish to extend the stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival, the Guest should report at the reception no later than 10:00 on the day on which the date of his stay expires. The facility may not extend the Guest's stay in the absence of free places, and the Guest violates these regulations.
- The Guest may not transfer the room to another person, even if the period for which he paid the accommodation fee has not expired.
- Non-registered guests at Art Suites Hotel (visitors) can stay in the rooms from 07:00 to 22:00.
- The presence of persons not registered in the Guest's hotel room after 10:00 is tantamount to the consent of the Guest renting the room to accommodate these people in the room for a fee. Check-in of each person will take place according to the applicable price.
- Children under the age of 13 must be under the care and supervision of adults at all times. The children's guardians are responsible for the behavior of the children and/or the damage.
- Art Suites Hotel is quiet from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- During the curfew hours, guests and people using the services of the hotel are obliged to behave in such a way that it does not disturb the peace of other people's stay in any way.
- The Guest bears full material and legal responsibility for any damage or destruction of the objects of equipment and equipment of the facility caused by the fault of his or his visitors according to the applicable price.
- The amount of compensation corresponds to the full amount of damage. In the case of destruction of more than one piece of equipment, the amount of damage is calculated by adding up the items. The amount of compensation also includes the cost of lost profits, resulting from bringing the room to resale.
- In case of faults or failures, you should immediately report this fact to the reception.
- For reasons of fire safety, it is forbidden to use any gas-powered devices in hotel rooms. It is also forbidden to use open fire on the premises of the hotel.
- The guest leaving the room is obliged to make sure that the doors and windows are closed.
- The guest can leave a "Do Not Disturb" notice on the door of the room if he wants to maintain privacy and prevent the service facility from entering the room.
- The guest bears financial responsibility for unjustified use of the fire protection system and the consequences of this event.
- The Guest bears the cost of thorough cleaning of the room or other room in which smoking and e-cigarettes are forbidden in the amount of PLN 500.
- The facility provides services in accordance with its category and standard. In case of reservations regarding the quality of services, the Guest is asked to report them to the reception as soon as possible, which will allow the facility staff to react immediately.
- Pets are not allowed.
- For loss or damage to items brought by Guests, the facility is responsible on the terms set out in Articles 846-852 of the Civil Code, unless the parties agreed otherwise. The guest should notify the reception about the occurrence of damage, immediately after its occurrence.
- Guests can use the safe in the room free of charge.
- The guest is obliged to inform the reception of the facility about the construction of significant sums of money, securities, objects of scientific or artistic value, as well as threatening security.
- The guest is obliged to put documents, money and other valuables in the safe. If they are not placed in the safe, the Facility is not responsible for their loss or damage. The facility has the right to refuse to accept money, securities and valuable items, in particular valuables and items of scientific or artistic value or they threaten security.
- Personal belongings left by the departing Guest in the room can be sent back after prior courier order by the Guest at his own expense. If you do not receive such an instruction from the Guest, the property will store these items for 3 months.
- In the event of a breach of these regulations, the facility may refuse to continue providing services to the person who violates them. Such a person is obliged to immediately comply with the requests of the facility's staff, settle the amount due for the existing services and to pay for any damage and destruction and to leave the facility.
- Art Suites Hotel, Mitkowskiego 6, Krakow, as the administrator of personal data, informs that:
- providing data is voluntary, but necessary for the purpose of registration;
- The Guest has the right to inspect their personal data and correct them;
- data may be made available by Art Suites Hotel to entities authorized to obtain information pursuant to the provisions of the Act of 19 August 2004 (Journal of Laws 2006.22.169) on hotel facilities and other facilities in which hotel services are provided.
